At the southern end of Flic en Flac, in front of Wolmar, the lagoon floor turns into coral heads and rocks full of life: parrotfish, butterflyfish, trumpetfish, moray eels and the occasional turtle. The best patches are 50–150 m out, in 1.5–4 m of water.
It isn't Blue Bay, but it's 20 minutes from the villa and free. Go in the morning when the water is calm and clear.
