The tracks of the Yemen sugar estate, between Tamarin and the mountains, are ideal for mountain biking: rolling dirt roads through the cane, savannah with deer and the Trois Mamelles and the Rempart all around.
Yemen is private land, so ride with a guide: DunienZîl runs family rides (meeting near the Hindu shrine at the Yemen/Magenta roundabout) and longer outings, with bikes provided.
