The Tamarind Falls, or Seven Cascades (7 Cascades), tumble down a green gorge below the Tamarind Falls reservoir. A trail from Henrietta leads to viewpoints over the upper falls and to natural pools where you can swim.

The full descent of the seven waterfalls is a canyoning adventure (abseiling, jumps) that must be done with a specialist guide. The upper trail is easy, but the lower paths are steep and slippery.
