Mr and Mrs Tino opened this restaurant in 1989, and Mrs Tino's Creole cooking still draws people from all over the island. Seafood platters, Tino-style paella, and lobster grilled, in Creole sauce or curry, served on a breezy terrace with a view of the turquoise lagoon.
